BRITNEY’S SEXY BIKINI BODY
The singer has peeled off 20 pounds in four weeks. Here’s how she did it – and how you can too!

It wasn’t Robert Pattinson’s brooding stare or Miley Cyrus’ pole-dancing performance that had everyone’s tongues wagging at the Aug. 9 Teen Choice Awards in Universal City, Calif. – it was original pop princess Britney Spears’ svelte new figure.

The Ultimate Choice Award winner, 27, looked like a teenager herself in a sparkling, asymmetrical Roberto Cavalli dress and newly dyed platinum locks (see page 37). "She looked amazing," gushes Backstage Creations producer Tracy Galermo, who saw Britney that weekend, to OK!. "She looked fabulous!"

The sexy mom of Sean, 3, and Jayden, 2, credits her slamming new body in part to the Sunfare diet, a gourmet meal delivery company. Sunfare, which counts stars such as Eva Longoria Parker, Marcia Cross and Khloe Kardashian among its fans, incorporates a balanced, low-carb approach of three big meals and two snacks per day, all documented through the delivery system.

"When Britney is on Sunfare, she consumes approximately 1,100 to 1,200 calories per day," a source reveals to OK!. "Her favorite Sunfare meals are turkey burgers and lasagna, which she actually has more than once a week."

And because there is always room for dessert, the former Mouseketeer likes to indulge her sweet tooth with confections like sugar-free cheesecake about two to three times a week.

Britney, who told OK! last September, "I’m the healthiest I’ve been all my life" – thanks to cutting out fruit juice, sugar and her beloved Frappuccinos – stuck to her goal of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and even upped the ante with a new diet and rigorous exercise regime to get in shape for her Circus tour.

In fact, Britney is so dedicated to living healthier that she has modified her diet while on tour (the show, on hiatus since the end of July, resumes in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, on Aug. 20), since Sunfare only delivers in L.A. and the Phoenix-Scottsdale area.

"She still follows the principles and meals behind it and will start up once the tour is totally done," a source tells OK!.

BRITNEY’S DAILY DIET – here is a sample of some of the meals the singer eats on the Sunfare plan:

DAY 1
Breakfast: Breakfast burrito and a side of fresh pineapple
Lunch: BBQ chicken salad with corn, black beans, tomatoes and ranch dressing
Afternoon Snack: Grilled asparagus spears wrapped with thinly sliced turkey and a honey-mustard dipping sauce
Dinner: Lasagna with steamed vegetables and a green salad
Evening Snack: Slice of cheese, with nuts and grapes

DAY 2
Breakfast: Vanilla yogurt with strawberries and mixed nuts
Lunch: Sweet-and-sour chicken with steamed veggies and a side of fruit
Afternoon Snack: ¼ of a cheese quesadilla with fresh salsa
Dinner: Turkey burger with a pickle
Evening Snack: Sugar-free cheesecake

DAY 3
Breakfast: Orange and berry crepes with chicken sausage
Lunch: Chipotle chicken wrap with a side of fruit
Afternoon Snack: Tomato soup
Dinner: Salsa verde chicken with vegetables and a green salad
Evening Snack: String cheese with nuts and grapes

DAY 4
Breakfast: Whole grain pancakes with turkey sausage
Lunch: Enchiladas with fruit
Afternoon Snack: Greek layer dip with pita chips
Dinner: Chicken marsala with steamed vegetables and a green salad
Evening Snack: Sugar-free lemon bar

DAY 5
Breakfast: Irish oatmeal with cinnamon butter and mixed berries
Lunch: Pesto chicken wrap and fruit
Afternoon Snack: Tuscan bean dip with flatbread chips
Dinner: Lasagna with a Caesar salad
Evening Snack: Chicken salad with fruit
